It all starts with our team of specially-trained Guest Service Advocates who'll manage your entire car-buying process from selection to delivery…all from the comfort of your home or office. And, on your schedule. 

Your Sales Advocate will:
  • Assist you with choosing a new Volvo that fits your lifestyle and budget.
  • Research price, manufacturer incentives and special programs available like Conquest, Loyalty and Military savings opportunities.
  • Work to assist you with financing options. Ferman Volvo Cars offers competitive financing relationships with over 30 different lenders.
  • Locate a vehicle for you if the one you want is currently not in our inventory.
  • Prepare documents relating to the sale, or lease.
  • Prepare vehicle for delivery including washing and fuel fill up.
  • Arrange for an exceptional In-Dealership Delivery or Volvo Overseas Delivery Program.

Your Service Advocate will:
  • Personally schedule your Volvo service appointment for a day and time that's convenient for you.
  • Pick up your vehicle and bring a COMPLIMENTARY Volvo loaner vehicle to your home or office.
  • Maintain contact with you regarding the progress of your vehicle's service or repair work.
  • Coordinate electronic payment method via email.
  • Wash and vacuum your vehicle.
  • Return your Volvo to you and pick up the loaner.
  • Pick up is available as early as 7:00 a.m. and delivery is available as late as 8:00 p.m.

Sales Concierge Service is available to Guests who reside within a 70-mile radius of Ferman Volvo Car of Tarpon Springs, are 18 years of age or older, have a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance Concierge Service is available during regular business hours. Must schedule the Concierge Service directly with a Ferman Volvo Cars Sales Advocate.

Service Concierge Service available to Guests who reside within a 30-mile radius of Ferman Volvo Cars of Tarpon Springs who schedule service appointment directly with a Service Concierge at least 7 business  days prior to appointment. Service scheduled must be manufacturer's recommended service or previously  recommended service. Not available for same day service and may not be used for roadside or  emergency services (including but not limited to Collision Center repairs, flat tires, check engine light, battery replacement or charging). To receive a Ferman loaner vehicle, driver must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.
